Before & After Gallery

To add a new before/after pair: save the “before” photo into b-a-gallery/images/before/ and the matching “after” photo into b-a-gallery/images/after/ using the same filename (e.g. smith-residence-roof.jpg in both folders). The gallery rebuilds automatically — no code changes needed.
